Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) is an award-winning, leading supplier of valuation panel management services, residential valuations and surveys in the UK. We panel manage and undertake valuations for the majority of UK mortgage lenders.
In response to growing capacity needs of the industry, we actively promote new talent. Through our Surveying Academy Programme, we support an in-house AssocRICS trainee surveyor scheme and career development of Chartered Surveyors. Our multi million pound investment is fully endorsed by RICS and continues to increase industry capacity year on year. We offer a full range of valuation, survey and panel management services, and through innovative collaboration, work in partnership to meet all of your needs. Our in-house Surveyors operate using market leading tablet PC technology for on-site inspections and to collate, prepare and quality control their valuation reports and customer surveys. We require all of our Panel Valuers to undertake similar reporting and control processes.
We employ Chartered Surveyors who are also RICS Registered Valuers to provide technical advice and support within our central teams. Across our surveyor community, they offer thought leadership on policy matters, surveyor guidance together with fraud and risk and construction issues.
